Contents 1. Overview

- Superannuated tap water system facility leads to large scale water supply failure accompanying with the increase of suffering residents and leakage of 690 million tons tap water per year, which causes economic loss amounting up to KW600 billion every year.
- Establishing a positive cycle frame is expected through repair and service of worn out tap water pipe network reducing leakage water, and leading to the drop of production cost and improvement in operation earnings and expenses balance, eventually allowing securing required fund for servicing of superannuated facilities, though there may be certain differences to a certain extent depending on the corresponding area.
