1. Outline


* Circulatory coarse aggregate production technology for concrete, using eccentric structure to reduce Continuous impact crusher, which allows the crushing force to be transferred to aggregate in several stages with one facility to improve quality of aggregate, and consequent overload.


2. Characteristic


* Technology to produce circulatory coarse aggregate for concrete by crushing the mortar mass existing in aggregate form at the same time while exfoliating cement paste components by applying multi-stage paddle and eccentric structural impact crusher to waste concrete.

* Elution test was performed on elution of harmful substances from circulatory coarse aggregate for concrete. The results showed that all items, i.e., Pb, Cu, As, Hg, Cd, CN, Cr6+, organic phosphorus compounds, TCE, PCE, oil component, met the criteria for all items.
